Hamilton County Public Health’s Environmental Health Division licenses manufactured home parks, recreational vehicle parks, hotel/motels, and marinas. Inspections at these facilities are also conducted for sanitation, safety, waste management practices and water quality.

Required fees:

  • Hamilton County General Health District fee(s): 
    Base Fee: $141.00 first 50 rooms 
    Plus $3.50 each room over 50
