PREP Act

This is what provides volunteers immunity from liability (except willful misconduct) resulting from administration or use of medical countermeasures during specific public health emergencies. A PREP Act declaration is specifically for the purpose of providing immunity from liability, and is different from, and not dependent on, other emergency declarations. Please review for more details.
