Manufactured Home Parks

Hamilton County Public Health’s Environmental Health Division licenses manufactured home parks, recreational vehicle parks (campgrounds), and hotel/motels. Inspections at these facilities are also conducted for sanitation, safety, waste management practices and water quality.

 

Hamilton County Public Health currently contracts with the Ohio Manufactured Home Commission to inspect mobile home parks within Hamilton County Public Health’s jurisdictions, along with Brown County, Butler County, the City of Middletown, and the City of Hamilton.  All questions related to the inspections performed, installation of a home, or complaint about a specific park shall be directed to the Ohio Manufactured Home Commission at 1-614-734-6010
